OVERVIEW

Defective or Damaged Products

In the unlikely event that you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us at shopbeautybeautique@gmail.com with images of the product within 14 days of receiving your order. We will gladly send out a replacement order or issue you a full refund. Please note that a refund or replacement order will be subjected to our discretion.

 

Items Lost in Transit

By ordering from us, you agree with our shipping times. Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors such as customs inspections can sometimes cause delays. If your order shipping times exceed our displayed time frame by 10 business days, you can contact us and we will gladly send out a replacement order, or issue a full refund.

 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your product, kindly get in touch with us at  shopbeautybeautique@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you!

Your purchases are eligible for returns within 14 days of receiving the product. Please note that the product must be unused and in mint condition. The customer is also responsible for the return shipping label fee, which is a flat rate of $10 CAD. 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

BeautyBeautique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, BeautyBeautique will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
